Coast Guard cutter completes Operation Aiga '23
HONOLULU — The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter William Hart returned to Honolulu after completing a 42-day patrol in Oceania in support of Operation ‘Aiga on Monday.

A Coast Guard MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter aircrew and a Good Samaritan vessel rescued one of two overdue fishermen Monday, after he was found stranded on Mona Island, Puerto Rico. Still missing is Wilson Negrón, while rescued is Luis Eliel Guerra, 29, after he was found by a Good Samaritan vessel stranded on ‘Pajaros Beach’ on the south coast of Mona Island, Puerto Rico.

USCGC Vigilant’s crew returns home following 28-day Florida Straits patrol
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – The crew of the USCGC Vigilant (WMEC 617) returned to their home port in Cape Canaveral Saturday following a 28-day patrol in the Florida Straits. Patrolling in support of Homeland Security Task Force – Southeast and Operation Vigilant Sentry in the Seventh Coast Guard District’s area of responsibility, Vigilant’s crew conducted maritime safety and security missions while working to detect, deter and intercept unsafe and illegal migrant ventures bound for the United States.
