Federal Register Notice: Multi-Year Certificate of Documentation for Recreational Vessel Owners Final Rule

The Coast Guard announced in the Federal Register that we are issuing a final rule for recreational vessel owners to select a recreational vessel endorsement on a Certificate of Documentation (COD) with a validity of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years.
