The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), in collaboration with the authorized classification societies, has updated the supplement for U.S.-flagged ships certificated under the American Registry’s Alternate Compliance Program (ACP).

MSIB 12-23 Release of New Coastal Zone Area Contingency Plan Architecture

The U.S. Coast Guard announced the release of a new Area Continency Plan (ACP) architecture for ACPs covering the coastal zones of the United States and its territories. This new architecture represents the first major overhaul of ACP structure in over 25 years.
