Notification of the Removal of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States from Nigeria.

The U.S. Coast Guard announced that it is removing conditions of entry on vessels arriving from the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has issued a new Port Security Advisory (PSA 4-26).  https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2026-16868.

PSA 4-26 is available on the U.S. Coast Guard International Port Security website.
