Notification of the Imposition of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States from the Republic of Haiti.

The U.S. Coast Guard announced that it will impose conditions of entry on vessels arriving from the Republic of Haiti and has issued a Port Security Advisory (PSA 3-26).  Federal Register :: Imposition of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States From the Republic of Haiti . The actions listed in PSA 3-26 apply to vessels that arrive in the United States after visiting ports in Haiti as described in that document.

PSA 3-26 is available on the U.S. Coast Guard International Port Security website .
