Marine Planning of the Marine Transportation System

Commandant Instruction (COMDTINST) 16003.2C promulgates Coast Guard policy, roles and responsibilities to carry out statutory requirements under 14 U.S.C. § 2 (Pub. L. 87-396, as amended) and 46 U.S.C. § 70003 (Pub. L. 115-282, as amended). These authorities may require special consideration when conducting ongoing and future marine planning and operations.

"Marine Planning to Operate and Maintain the Marine Transportation System and Implement National Policy," COMDTINST 16003.2B, is hereby cancelled.
