Coast Guard Announces Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving from Sudan to Enhance U.S. Port Security

The Coast Guard has announced conditions of entry for vessels arriving from the Republic of Sudan in the Federal Register.

The Coast Guard has determined that the Republic of Sudan is not maintaining effective anti-terrorism measures in its ports and has issued a Port Security Advisory (PSA 1-24). Therefore, conditions of entry outlined in the Port Security Advisory will be required to be in place by vessels that arrive in the United States after visiting ports in the Republic of Sudan.
