The Office of Merchant Mariner Credentialing is hosting a teleconference of the National Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (NMERPAC) subcommittee for Task Statement 22-3 Mariner Credentialing Program (MCP) Transformation on November 15th and 16th, 2022.

NMERPAC advises, consults with, and makes recommendations to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security through the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard on matters relating to personnel in the United States Merchant Marine including the training, qualifications, certification, documentation, and fitness of mariners.

Anyone not part of the NMERPAC email list who would like to attend this teleconference should contact the Alternate Designated Federal Officer, Ms. Megan Johns Henry at megan.c.johns@uscg.mil.
