
PORTLAND, Ore. — The U.S. Coast Guard invites local media to tour the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, known as “America’s Tall Ship,” on Thursday, June 5, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. This media availability offers an opportunity to explore the historic vessel and engage with its crew.

- Where: South of Burnside Bridge (Near SW Ash Street and SW Naito Pkwy -between bollards 18-20)

- Interviewing the Eagle’s commanding officer, Capt. Jessica Rozzi-Ochs
- Speaking with a Portland-raised cadet
- Engaging with crew members
- Touring the deck and learning about the ship’s operations
