WHAT: Commissioning ceremony for Coast Guard Cutter Frederick Mann, the third Fast Response Cutter (FRC) to be homeported at Coast Guard Base Kodiak.
WHEN: Friday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m.
WHERE: Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak Aviation Hangar One.
