Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon interdicts a suspected drug smuggling vessel approximately 50 miles south of Puerto Rico, Aug. 22, 2026. The interdiction resulted in the seizure of approximately 7,250 pounds of cocaine, with an estimated wholesale value of $54.5 million, and the detention of five people pending further investigation.
