Coast Guard terminates illegal charter voyage in violation of COTP Order within San Carlos Bay
A Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Beach law enforcement crew terminated an illegal charter voyage, Saturday, near San Carlos Bay. The owner of the 42-foot motor yacht was determined to be in violation of an active federal Captain of the Port Order issued May 6. The voyage was terminated and cited for multiple violations.
