The Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton held a change of command ceremony in Panama City on July 9, 2025. During the ceremony, which was presided over by Vice Adm. Nathan Moore, the commander of Coast Guard Atlantic Area, Capt. Justin M. Carter (left) was relieved by Capt. John B. McWhite (right).
