Search overlay for missing paddleboarder near Miami
This graphic shows the overlay of search and rescue efforts after the Coast Guard received the initial report of a missing paddleboarder near Key Biscayne, Florida, June 24, 2024. The Coast Guard coordinated their search efforts with local and state agencies covering an area approximately 2,219 square miles, an area about the size of the state of Delaware, and approximately 67 asset hours.
