Coast Guard rescues 9 migrants from sunken vessel near Dominican Republic
A Coast Guard HC-144 Ocean Sentry aircrew located nine people in the water near Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, after their unseaworthy vessel capsized in an unlawful migration attempt approximately 40 miles offshore.
