U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro returns home following 118-day Wes
Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Green, a gunner's mate aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WSML 755), embraces his loved on the pier at Base Alameda, California, after the cutter returned home from a 118-day Western Pacific deployment, Oct. 18. 2023. Munro's crew conducted a 23,000-mile, multi-month Western Pacific patrol operating in support of the U.S. Navy's Seventh Fleet by conducting multiple engagements with partner nations promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific.
