Coast Guard rescues 14-year-old boy near St. Petersburg
A Coast Guard Station St. Petersburg boat crew rescued a boy after he was injured in a collision between two boats 13 miles northwest of Egmont Key, Florida, Aug. 12, 2023. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg watchstanders were notified that upon both vessels colliding a 14-year-old boy fell overboard and sustained lacerations to his arm from a propeller.
