U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton arrives in Manila for trilatera

Brian Krautler, commanding officer of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752), is greeted by Philippine Coast Guard senior leadership following Stratton’s arrival to Manila, Philippines, for a tri-lateral engagement with the Philippine and Japan Coast Guards, June 1, 2023.
