A vessel lays adrift in the Mona Passage shortly after being interdicted by a Puerto Rico Police Joint Forces of Rapid Action Marine Unit near Aguada, Puerto Rico, May 16, 2023. The Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Tezanos later arrived on scene and embarked six men and two women from this makeshift vessel.
