Lt. j.g. Marissa Marsh and Fireman Jon Chamorro review vessel documents in the pilothouse of a Philippine-flagged fishing vessel in the North Pacific Ocean on March 31, 2023. Marsh was the boarding officer and Chamorro served as a Philippine linguist.
