Coast Guard interdicts illegal voyage vessel with 41 migrants in the Mona Passage
An illegal voyage vessel carrying 39 Haitians and two Dominicans sits empty in the Mona Passage after the Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon safely embarked the migrants shortly after interdicting the vessel near Monito Cay, Puerto Rico, March 2, 2023.
