USCGC Stone conducts machine gun training in the Southern Atlantic Ocean
U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Thomas Predmore, a culinary specialist assigned to USCGC Stone (WMSL 758), fires an M240B medium machine gun during a live-fire training shoot in the Southern Atlantic Ocean, March 17, 2023. Stone is on a scheduled multi-mission deployment in the South Atlantic Ocean to counter illicit maritime activities and strengthen relationships for maritime sovereignty throughout the region.
