About Hurricane Maria Response

FEMA
DVIDS

If you are in a life-threatening situation and you need rescue, call 911 first, then your local emergency operation center (EOC). If you are unable to connect with your local emergency services, then call the closest Coast Guard by phone or via VHF-FM Channel 16 (156.8MHz).

Guidance From Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA):

If you have not been able to contact your loved ones in Puerto Rico due to Hurricane Maria, please contact the PRFAA Disaster Relief Team by sending an email with your contact information and request to: maria1@prfaa.pr.gov or call 202-800-3133.

Due to the high volume of requests, we kindly ask you not to send follow-up e-mails, unless you or your loved ones' situation has changed.
